Bizarro-world

Today was a very bizarro kind of day.  First of all...it's Valentine's Day which I feel is weird enough...I'm actually wearing a Tiffany bracelet which, if you know me, is very unusual....unusually awesome!!

Second, it's snowing!!...in February!!...in Arizona!!

Third, I had to lug two kids through the snow to get some weird indicator light fixed in my car...of all the days!!

While cleaning up popcorn "we" spilled in the waiting area, I jokingly responded to the mechanic who was assuring me that I could stop cleaning our mess with, "I do this for a living!"

Apparently standing in a car dealership at 10 in the morning with two wild children next to me wasn't enough context for him because he gave me a blank stare and asked me what I did for a living.  But that wasn't the weirdest part...he then looked at us and asked if we were from the Midwest!!

Sooo...I've narrowed it down to three possibilities.  One, my Ugg boots and fuzzy sweater seemed Midwesty? Two, only Midwesterners are crazy enough to stay at home with their kids "for a living"? Or, Taryn's choice of prarie-girl attire made us all look like homesteaders on the great plains?

I leave it to you to decide!
